1. Garage 2. A boot dryer really works

The poorest breakfast which I ever had in the Alps. There were just muesli, jam, juice and tea from microwave.

Warm greeting and comfortable rooms. We expected 4 in a room and since it was a little cramped and an adjacent room was available they offered us both rooms at the same price. Nice to have a room alone without the kids. Very generous and thoughtful of the hosts. Easy to find, sign was on roadside at entrance to town. Very quite, clean, phenomenal view from kids room. Convenient parking in garage under building. Overall very pleasant. We tried some home made hot chocolate that was out of this world. Full pine interiors in the rooms we stayed in. Not huge but plenty of closet space. Owners are very warm couple with great grandmother.

I did not really have time to spend and relax in the wonderful atmosphere. One brief night and I had to move on to stay on schedule. Arrived late and left right after breakfast, next time I will stay longer.

The couple that runs the place is very hospitable. The rooms are tidy and comfortable and the view from the windows is great. Laion is a very nice village.

There is no option of preparing hot drinks in the room and we had to trouble the owners for everything that was related to kitchen facilities.

Gilda is a fabulous hostess! She made us feel at home.The room was comfortable.The view was incredible. We parked our car in a covered,secure garage. I would definately recommend L'Arca di Noe.

Noise from the street can be loud if you sleep late.
