L'accoglienza, il servizio, la camera in maniera assoluta. Non avrei saputo sperare di meglio. Grande Betta! E il tutto ad una cifra onesta e alle porte della zona pedonale. Perfetto!

Non ho trovato nulla ma sono sicuro che tornerò per cercare qualche aspetto negativo :-)

Place is great. Betta is helpful and cheerful, breakfast is plentiful in a non-italian way. Cofee exeeds expectations. Balcony looks at a little garden. We were in december- so i have no idea about conditioning, but heating worked perfectly, as well as hot water, no showers ending with a shiever. No hidden fees. I seen it as highly recommended, and now I can confirm, yes we highly recommend it. It is a good place to stay

about this feedback: we are a couple in our thirties travelling without kids for the first time in six years. We are not a young couple, but i had to choose "young couple" option, because marking ourselves as "mature couple" would be a problem- Betta' s place does not suit really mature couples-couples that find stairs challanging. and i did not know where to put this information- STAIRS.

Firstly, Ms Betta is a great host. She is warm and friendly. The B&B is excellent and goes well with my expectation. I didnt want to stay in a hotel. So we really appreciate Beta for providing the warm hospitality, great breakfast and cosy accommodation. Thanks for making our visit to Florence a memorable and pleasant one!

The Direction and distance to the B&B have not been clear. So it was a long walk with our luggage to find the location for first-time travellers to Florence.

Betta herself is the major selling point of this B&B. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The reception/hallway area is bright and welcoming. After using the towels a most of the places we stayed, Betta's nice thick terrycloth towels seemed luxurious. Breakfast was ample (for a continental breakfast). The internet worked well. Betta is delightful. Her English is good. She immediately makes you feel like you are at home. She was very helpful in orienting us to the city and provided a good map for our wanderings. Her good humor puts one at ease and is fun. I can't recommend Residenza Betta enough!

estrema cortesia,disponibilità,riguardo... della signora della reception. Mi sento di poter dire che nelle mie future visite in Firenze non dovrò occuparmi di cercare altrove.So' già dove ritornerò !! Ovviamente consiglierò la struttura a quanti conosco.
