    La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale; la posizione centrale che consente di muoversi a piedi; il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
    La posizione centrale comprende un po' di rumore dovuto al traffico.

    Ottima la posizione e la pulizia delle camere e dei locali in genere, buona la struttura in un palazzo d'epoca, abbondante la colazione e soprattutto ottima la cortesia e disponibilità dei titolari. Esperienza che si può tranquillamente ripetere.

    Location in a central part of Palermo, can walk from there to most of the interesting places of the city.
    Rooms are not very convenient, of different sizes, oldish furniture, maintenance not the best. B&B located on a main street - traffic noise may be excessive in some rooms.

    The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
    The credit card machine wasn't operable when I arrived. Although I was there for one week, no effort was made to repair the machine and all guests had to pay cash.

    The web site says the desk is staffed 24 hours; it is not.

    My arrival was delayed one day by a 'sciopero' (strike), but I was still required to pay for the night I wasn't there. I was instructed by the owner to contact BBplanet for a refund, but was told by BB that it was solely the decision of the structure.
