Albena is very gracious and does all she can to make your stay great. Breakfast is great and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Te location is very good too!

There seemed to be a seedy crowd at night at the end of the street. No issues ... Just dent feel as safe after 10 pm.

It is a very charming place to stay for the price you pay.

There's othing really negative. I just wondered it might get a bit cold during the winter as the rooms have very high seeling.

You will not likely receive a warmer welcome than you do here. Albena is wonderful, and cannot do enough for you. She is always available with a big smile. The breakfast is wonderful- yoghurt, fruit and even scrambled eggs and some bacon- very satisfying. The location is superb, the room spacious- what more does one want?

Nothing that matters can be listed under negatives.

The B & B hosts were very pleasant, helpful and responsive to our request and needs. The location was excellent.

The room was a little crowded and it was hard to get to clothes storage because of the big table and chairs put there. IO assume, to have breakfact. I would prefer a smaller table and chairs even if they are a little out of character with the room.

The room fully matched the description. The beds are quite good, and the service is outstanding. The owners make all possible efforts to please the guests. Breakfast by request is great!

The shower could use some maintenance. It all works fine, but it's not really comfortable.

Albenia was a wonderful host. Most helpful to my wife who wanted to take a cooking class. She linked us with another person, and though we didn't do the class we went to dinner, and it was the most wonderful dinner of my life. We enjoyed our stay there!!!

Albena was the perfect host during our stay in Florence. Just around the corner from the Accademia, our room was centrally located to all the sites in Florence. Albena provided the breakfast of our choice every morning in our room, and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend B&B Soggiorno Panerai.
