    Le camere sono ampie e comode anche per famiglie con bambini, molto pulite e arredate con gusto, la cucina è fantastica con colazione dalle molte possibilità sia per il dolce che per il salato, luogo tranquillo e non eccessivamente lontano dal centro. Da ripetere.

    Si parla di b&b: nell'ambito di questa tipologia di struttura il giudizio da dare su Torre San Giovanni a Collevalenza è molto buono. E poi c'è anche il ristorante che consente anche di cenare in loco. Meglio di così!
    La colazione non a buffet ma a richiesta? Piccoli particolari del tutto trascurabili!

    The location was magical. Situated in a small rural village and surrounded by beautiful valleys and vistas. It was seclusion personified, with all the comforts of home. The hostess was most gracious and spoke excellent English. The staff were cheerful and friendly and although they did not speak a word of English, this was actually a "positive" as it forced us to learn the language quickly. The bedroom was roomy and full of character, the bed comfortable. The meals were fresh and tasty.
    The directions to get to the castle were vague. Not being familiar with the country, it took us some time to work out that the B&B was actually a separate location to Todi, even though the address mentioned Todi. Confusing and time consuming.
    Also, we hired a car. We were also not familiar with the layout of the countryside, or that there were some very narrow roads and steep hills to be negotiated en route to the Castle.

    This final point is that, as it is some distance to travel to restaurants for evening meals, the only real practical option is to dine in at the castle for dinner.
    Dinner does not start until 8pm and wine cannot be taken into the dining room.

    Rosary, the owner, is lovely and made great effort to make us feel welcome and at ease. Her attention to detail is everywhere apparent, in the antiques, the artwork, the garden, and the meals and wine served. It was a lovely experience, and we would stay there again. The location is quiet and in the country, but quite close to Todi, so that it is very easy to drive into town.
