    the staff were very helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay in Venice a most enjoyable experience. A million thanks should go to them for being so helful from our arrival to our departure. 5 nights
    breakfast was a bitrowded some mornings but the piritwas good and people friendly meeting new friends

    We are a group of 12 persons from Bangkok,Thailand. We have found the hotel very satisfying indeed. Very near to the train station, the staff are very helpful and freindly. They are thoughtful and willing to help. Breakfast are plenty. Highly recommend.
    We all like everything there.

    Actually, we did not stay in Hotel Minerva & Nettuno. The hotel staff suggested us stayed in another apartment. They promised us the facilities of apartment as same as hotel, and the apartment nearly their hotel. They promised us they will guide us to getting there. Finally, the facilities of apartment are not same as they promised.

    On the other hand, the hotel staff is impolite and bad manner, we feel disappointed. We waited in the hotel over 2 hours (from 7pm to 9 pm) for hotel staff guiding us to the apartment. The hotel staff just said “few minutes, wait”, “the line is busy, I can’t contact the staff” as explanation. Finally, after we waited nearly 2 hour, the hotel staff said “nobody will guide you to getting there; I gave you instruction, you getting there by yourself.” We do not agree. At the end, hotel staff guides us to getting there after he off duty.
    Indeed, I never stay in this hotel again.
