   This is an apartment so staff and service comments do not apply. The owner of the property is very welcoming and informative not only about the property but also the city. The apartment shows attention to detail and an eye for traveller comfort. The accessories eg:books, ornaments, pictures, ceramics personalise the space and give it the atmosphere of a home not just a space for rent. An excellent central position and ease of accces added to the attractiveness of this property. My friend and I were very satisfied and would be happy to return.

   A few more wine glasses to enable enjoyment of the local wines.

   Our stay was perfect (house, location, aso). The alta citta is superb. But the connection was the real world is also quick (only a few passes to the funiculare. Next time we go back to the same apartment.

   I must make souce comments on the interior. There was such a lot of folders, books, maps (all unsorted, unread, some even in plastic and allon big pile) that it maked a queer impression.
   Also in the kitchen the same impression. Nearly everything was there but all was mixed up. You had to order the kitchen before cooking Remarkebly there were no tops for the pans.

   Location was fantastic just a few steps away from the finuclare

   Needs better curtains as woken up by bright sunshine very early. Also very noisy in morning outside apartment

   We really like this apartment and it's funky design with all the levels. It's much larger than it appears in the photos and has a full and separate kitchen. The living room is nice and has a very comfortable futon plus an extra fold out single bed. The bedroom is enormous and has several windows. There are lots of windows in the apartment and it catches a nice breeze. The location is outstanding. It's literally right around the corner from the funicular station which is great for train travelers. We had a car and Antonella gave us her parking pass so we didn't have to pay for parking. This is vital because there is no parking in the Citta Alta for visitors. My husband and I will definitely stay here the next time we visit Bergamo. In fact, we have now added this as one of our favorite places to stay in all of Italy.

   The floor was dirty and there were "dust bunnies" in the corners and under the furniture. The two espresso makers were bad. The large one is broken and the single cup maker was very grimy and hard to use. It overflowed no matter what. However, the owner has promised to address both problems and make sure the apartment gets cleaned better. I believe she will. I am therefore willing to recommend this apartment to my clients, friends and family.

   Posizione eccellente per vedere tutti i siti del centro storico, a pochi passi di distanza dalla funicolare e cinque minuti a piedi nella città bassa, quando siamo arrivati molto tardi (23:00 ora), non vi era ancora qualcuno là per incontrarci con i tasti, e il frigo è stato rifornito con latte fresco e abbondante di tè e caffè! FANTASTICO! posto dove stare Fantastic location for seeing all the sites of the old town, just a few steps away from the funicular and a five minute walk into the lower town, when we arrived it was very late(23:00hour),But this was not a problem as someone was still there to meet us with the keys, and the fridge was stocked with fresh milk and plenty of tea and coffee! FANTASTIC! place to stay

   Ms. Viscardi received us with warm hospitality and a flexible attitude when we missed our plane and had to arrive later. Thank you for that. All the services needed where there. Perfectly centrally located apartment. We had a great stay.

   Our host was so kind to pick us up from the Bergamo airport and give us a lift to the Cittá Alta - the apartment was nice and quiet, but most importantly right in the middle of the old part of town.
