Holiday apartment La Bombonier, situated in the XIX century old town of Ostuni, 100m from the main square is a lovely, traditional stone studio.
It is elegantly furnished with original antique pieces, ideal for couples that searching a holiday to remember. It just been renovated maintaining intact the original characteristics and the traditional style.
The apartment (35sqm) is at the ground floor and makes part of a local traditional XIX century house, located in a corner between two streets, a carriage and another pedestrian.
It is composed of living room with double sofa bed, dining room, wardrobe and TV, kitchen, separated by a masonry arch, with 2 gas cookers, fridge/freezer.
The studio is served by a bathroom fitted with large shower in stone niche and hairdryer.
The ceiling of the house is a dome, plastered in the living area, and with stones in the side view of the kitchen and bathroom.
Having a perimeter wall about a meter thick, the house is cool in summer and warm in winter. The apartment is fully illuminated by a large window and the central entrance.
The most particular of the apartment are the existing historic fireplace (once the kitchen) and traditional stone cistern (once water storage), both part of the scenery. The stone cistern is surrounded by glass and wood and the internal hidden lighting creates an air very romantic.
