    É un appartamento carino carino; non può essere più centrico, e invece non si sente nessun rumore di notte. Eva e Anna sono molto gradevole e disponibile. Da scegliere senza dubbio. E, nel nostro caso, da ritornare.

    Fantastic apartment, views are amazing. Great location, at the main square of Perugia. Very friendly and helpful owner. Hot water stopped and they where there to fix it within the hour. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
    Bathroom ceiling very low, but only very minor problem for tall people.

    This would have to be the BEST apartment we have stayed in in Italy over the past three years. The service was excellent and the apartment was an excellent base to explore Umbria. The view from the apartment was magnificent, and even when the weather was not the best the apartment was there to make us feel good. Thank Eva, you made our stay a wonderful experience. Ciao Bella.

    The service of the staff was fantastic and We highly recommend tourist to stay there. The location was so convenient and centralise being close to every where. It was really wonderful and we enjoyed our stay at the Apartment Mini resort fontana maggiore.

    What a good time in Perugia, especially because of the location of that wonderful apartment... And what to say about the panoramic view... You never get tired of it ! The owner, Eva, is just wonderful ! Thanks for a great stay ! As I already told her, I will be back !
